How to Request a Refund

To initiate the process, send an email to booking@noestrum.com (if the operational address is different, use the one indicated in your booking confirmation) with this information:

1. Booking number / ID
2. First and last name of the person who made the booking
3. Date of the booked experience
4. Type of experience (e.g., "License-free boat rental – Afternoon Half Day")
5. Booking channel:
   • Direct (noestrum.com website) or
   • OTA (e.g., Click&Boat, Viator, GetYourGuide, etc.)
6. Reason for request (e.g., cancellation within policy, bad weather, etc.)

After receipt, we will process the refund according to the applicable policy and you will receive a confirmation email when it is completed.

OTA Note: if you booked through a portal (e.g., GetYourGuide/Viator/Click&Boat), you may also need to complete the request through the portal itself, following their instructions and timelines.

Refund Times and Methods

• The refund is issued to the original payment method.
• Credit times may vary depending on the institution (generally 3–10 business days).

Cancellation Policy

Up to 3 Days Before the Tour

Full refund in case of cancellation.

Less Than 3 Days Before the Tour

Only the €25 per person deposit will be withheld.

Due to Adverse Weather

In case of adverse weather conditions, the tour will be cancelled or rescheduled at no additional cost to the customer. If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, the amount paid will be fully refunded.

Decisions on Stops

The skipper reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary based on weather and sea conditions, to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants. Stops may be adapted depending on sea and wind conditions, always respecting the natural beauties to explore.

Website Terms of Use

Art. 1 Scope of Application

1.2 This document (Terms of Use) governs the terms of use of this Website by the user, i.e., the natural person who interacts with the Website (User).

1.3 The Website Owner may modify the Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be valid and effective as soon as published online.

1.4 Access to the Website presupposes acceptance of the Terms of Use.

1.5 The User is invited to regularly access the Terms of Use to view the most updated version of this document.

1.6 The entirety of any element of the Website is the property of the Website Owner or third parties. Unless specific written consent of the Website Owner, it is prohibited to reproduce, wholly or partially and by any process, distribute, publish, transmit, modify or sell all or part of the content of the Website.

1.7 The Website Owner cannot in any case be held liable to you or third parties for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. This includes, by way of example, any loss of profit or other indirect loss resulting from the use of the Website or from the inability to use it. The Website Owner cannot guarantee or state: (i) that the Website is free from viruses or programs that may damage data; (ii) that the information contained in the Website is accurate, complete and up-to-date.

1.8 This document fully governs the relationship between you and the Website Owner. Are in any case reserved the rights and obligations provided by the law applicable from time to time.

1.9 The user undertakes not to use the Website for unlawful purposes or prohibited by these terms. The user is responsible for any action taken on the site.

Art. 2 Intellectual Property

2.1 Any material present on the Website is covered by copyright pursuant to Law 633/1941. Therefore, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Website Owner or unless otherwise indicated on the Website, the User is prohibited from copying, distributing, communicating, transferring, modifying, in whole or in part, for any reason and in any form, the material present on the Website. The prohibition of reproduction is also extended to the layout of the Website, graphics, design and the manner of presentation of web pages.

2.2 The User is prohibited from using domain names similar to those of the Website or that may cause confusion among users.

2.3 The prohibition referred to in Article 2.1 refers in particular to:

• Videos
• Articles

2.4 The trademarks and distinctive signs present on the Website are the property of the Website Owner or third parties. Therefore, the User is prohibited from using, reproducing, modifying, in any way and for any purpose (even non-economic), these trademarks and distinctive signs, unless with the written consent of the Website Owner or the third-party owner of the trademark or distinctive sign.

Art. 3 Use of the Website and User Responsibility

3.1 The User may interact with the Website and its functions only for lawful purposes, without causing damage to the Website Owner or third parties.

3.2 The User is personally responsible for the use of the Website, as well as for any information, message or document transmitted to the Website Owner or third parties through the Website.

3.3 The User is prohibited from circumventing, in any way, any form of protection of the Website.

3.4 The Website Owner reserves the right to suspend (even indefinitely) or close the account if it believes that the User has used the Website in violation of the applicable regulations from time to time or that has caused or attempted to cause damage to the Website Owner or third parties.

3.5 There is no discussion forum on the Website. Therefore, the user who intends to share material can send it to the Website Owner. The Website Owner reserves the right to publish the material on the Website and/or share it with any third party. The User waives any right and/or claim on the material sent to the Website Owner.

3.6 There are links to external sites on the Website. The Website Owner is not responsible for the content of these sites and for any damage or prejudice that the User may have suffered from interaction with them.

Art. 4 Exclusion of Website Owner Liability

4.1 The Website Owner disclaims all liability for any damage arising from inaccessibility to the Website, even temporary, and for damage caused by viruses, incorrect/missing information or data, deletion of content, any network problems or attributable to the network provider.

4.2 The Website Owner has taken every standard precaution to publish truthful information on the Website. That said, the Website Owner makes no warranty as to the accuracy of this information. The User is invited to communicate to the Website Owner the presence of any incorrect or missing information.

Art. 5 Processing of Personal Data. Cookie Management

5.1 Any personal information of the User is processed in accordance with Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and the indications of the Privacy Authority.

5.2 The user can view the method of processing personal data by accessing the privacy policy published on the Website.

5.3 The method of processing cookies can be viewed by accessing the cookie policy published on the Website.

Art. 6 Applicable Law. Competent Court

6.1 The law applicable to these Terms of Use is Italian law.

6.2 For any dispute arising from the application and/or interpretation of these Terms of Use, the Court where the Website Owner is based has exclusive jurisdiction. If the User acts as a consumer pursuant to Art. 3 of the Consumer Code, the competent Court is that where the User resides or is domiciled.

Art. 7 Reviews

7.1 Pursuant to the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 26 of 7 March 2023, the Website allows the publication of reviews by users. The Website Owner guarantees that the published reviews come from consumers who have actually purchased or used the reviewed products/services.

7.2 Reviews are collected through the Google Reviews platform, which verifies the authenticity of published reviews.
